We love this Sansevieria kirkii sp. Silver Blue for its stunning impact and sculptural effect! Sansevieria Kirkii is one of the nicest Sansevieria distinguished by its unique super chunky silver-blue foliage patterned with darker longitudinal lines and mottling.

The colouration is always unique in these plants and everyone is unusual and truly beautiful. We have some exceptionally beautiful Sansevieria kirkii plants at Happy Houseplants chosen by hand. Perfect for smaller spaces but will grow large over (many) years.

Sansevieria Kirkii is very easy to care for. This plant requires little pampering, In fact, more die from too much care and watering than from neglect. Make sure you give your Sansevieria Kirkii well-draining soil and lots of sunlight.

Easy care - suitable for beginners

Where should I put it Sansevieria Kirkii?

A south or east-facing window will be ideal for most cacti. However, if the cactus starts to look yellowed, bleached, or orangey, it is likely getting too much light, and you should move it to a west-facing window. 

How much water does it need? 

Water when completely dried out, drench until water comes out of the bottom then leave to dry again. 

Does Sansevieria kirkii need feeding?

You can feed it a couple of times during spring and summer, we recommend our vegan, organic plant food.

Any other Sansevieria Euphorbia care tips?

Occasionally Sansevieria kirkii can suffer from aphids or spider mites. The best thing to do in this case is to wash down the plant with soapy water, this may be enough to get rid of the pests.

You may also need to repot this plant to give the roots space to grow.

A familiar story, just with…..less.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
